For the convenience of our customers, ISD has added an easy-to-use FTP site to our services.
If you do not have an FTP account with us, contact us and we will set you up.
These instructions are for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later.
To send a file to ISD:
Point your browser to ftp://ftp.isd.cl and enter your login and password. Now go to file upload or drag the file into the browser window.
When the transfer file has been complete, please email us to acknowledge receipt.
(Note: files should be compressed with winzip or equivalent)
To download files from ISD:
Point your browser to ftp://ftp.isd.cl and enter your login and password. You must make double-click on your file.
When the transfer file has been complete, please email us to delete the files.
